What to send, depending on what you need

A new ID. Tell us the exchange you want, or say "not sure" and answer two quick questions. We create the account and send the login in the same chat. You do not need to send any document; we do not ask for ID proof to open an account.

A deposit. Say the amount and the ID it is for. We confirm the payment details fresh in the chat every time, because old details get reused by scammers. Pay only to what we confirm in that message, then send the screenshot. The balance shows on the panel once we match it.

A withdrawal. Send the amount, the ID, and the bank account in your own name. We do not pay to third-party accounts, however the request is worded. Most withdrawals clear the same day; during big matches the queue is longer and we will tell you where you are in it rather than leave you guessing.

A settlement question. Send the ID, the match, the market and the bet amount. We check the panel and the exchange's result before replying. If the panel is right we explain why; if it is wrong we raise it with the exchange and keep you updated.

A complaint about someone claiming to be us. Send the number or screenshot. We will tell you straight away whether it was us (it almost never is) and add the number to the impersonator list on the anti-fraud page.

How fast we reply

The desk is staffed around the clock, but "around the clock" does not mean instant. During a live match, replies about deposits and bets come first and usually within a few minutes. New-ID requests at three in the morning may wait until someone is free. If you have been waiting more than an hour, send one more message rather than ten; the queue is read in order.

How to be sure it is really us

Run three checks. First, you reached the chat through a button on this website, not through a forwarded number or an ad. Second, nobody in the chat has asked for your OTP, PIN or password; we never do. Third, nobody has asked for a fee to open, activate or release anything; we never do that either. If any of those fails, stop and read the anti-fraud policy before sending money.

What we do not handle on WhatsApp

Tips, predictions or "fixed" information: we do not have any, and anyone offering them in our name is lying. Loans or credit on an ID: we do not extend them. Accounts for anyone under 18: we close them when we find them. If you want to set a deposit limit or take a break, say so in the chat and read the responsible gaming page for what we can do.

Language

English and Hindi, and a mix of the two is fine. If you write in another Indian language we will do our best, but the replies will come back in English or Hindi.
